HALO Funds
Fairfield Glade United Methodist Church
The Halo Fund was established in honor of Charlie Roth in 2007 by his wife,
Mary. The focus of this fund is to help the youth of our area in areas of music,
art, education, and special needs. Since the Halo Fund was formed, it has
been instrumental in buying glasses for a child, providing music lessons for
children, and helping a student with expenses to study abroad. Through the
Halo Fund, the Men's Breakfast Club donated several instruments to the
Pineview Elementary School.
The students receiving the instruments have started their studies. Several
children who are supported by this Halo Fund are already playing piano in their
own churches. The Halo Fund is seeing the results of the assistance it is able
to provide in the youth of our county.
If you would like to help youth achieve their goals or to provide particular help
needs for them, please give a donation to the Halo Fund. It is a good way to
give a gift in honor or in memory of someone who guided you as a child. You
may be assured that it will be used for a worthy cause.
