Worship is a primary entry point into the life of our congregation. We seek to offer a setting
where God’s divine presence is experienced through music, Scriptures, preaching, and
prayers.

Each Sunday we hold two traditional services at 8:30 and 11:00 a.m.  Our traditional
worship follows a general, historical order with elements and acts of worship that would be
familiar to many persons.  At the traditional worship, Holy Communion is served on the first
Sunday of each month.

At 9:45 a.m. each Sunday we hold a blended worship, known as Sacred Encounters, which
offers a more informal style of worship and music, using many contemporary “praise”
hymns. The music for Sacred Encounters is led by Marty Gibson, our Music Director, and
our praise team known as “The Gospel Truth.” At Sacred Encounters, Holy Communion is
served each week.  From May through September, our Sacred Encounters service meets
outside in the Pavilion behind the church.  Dress is casual.

Immediately following worship services, everyone is invited to attend an informal gathering
in the Fellowship Hall to share in coffee, cookies and fellowship.

We look forward to seeing you Sunday!
